Booking

Once you confirm your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. Please check and ensure that all details have been entered and are correct.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to provide all required flight details at latest 48 hours prior to flight arrival.

Payments

Our booking confirmation invoice total is subject to changes, according to daily exchange rates on payment date in case you paying in Egyptian pound. We follow National Bank of Egypt’s exchange rates on a daily basis. We accept cash payments in Euro, US Dollars, English Pound Sterling and Egyptian Pounds. You can also pay by Visa or MasterCard, but please note that a 2% bank surcharge will be added to your invoice total. If you prefer to prepay the invoice amount on your booking confirmation, the funds can be transferred to our Egyptian bank account.

Cancellations

Guarantee by credit card: The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or WhatsApp

• At least 14 days prior to the arrival date – no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• At least 7 days prior to the arrival date – 70% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• At least 48 hours prior to the arrival date – 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• If the time for cancelling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
• The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay.
• In case of proved deaths, accidents or COVID, a refund may be granted at the Owner’s  and/or General Manager’s discretion.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken out adequate travel insurance prior to departure. Insurance for diving can be arranged at the dive center directly upon arrival.

Passport and Visa

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party have all necessary passports and visas prior to departure. Please refer to the Egyptian Embassy in your home country for passport and visa requirements.

Egyptian Nationals

As per Egyptian law, an official marriage certificate is required for Egyptian nationals when sharing a room.

Responsibilities (Force Majeure)

• Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort accepts only responsibility for arrangements which are wholly within our control.
• Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort has no direct control over supplier services and can therefore not accept responsibility for such services.
• Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort accepts no responsibility and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or expenses arising from delays, transport failure, strikes, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire, flood, government action or any force majeure.

The information on this site and any communications with Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort have been given in good faith and are considered accurate at the time of publication. By signing the booking form you accept it might be necessary to modify your booking due to local prevailing conditions.
